On Tuesday, China released the 19th ‘1st Central Document’. This major policy on agriculture, rural development, and farmer related matters is focused on food security, environmental sustainability, and technology advancements. The document emphasizes empowering farmers, women in farming and in general an enabling strategy to secure income for farmers.
